This versatile 5 part system allows for microscopic imaging and mass spectrometric analysis on the same discrete samples. Samples may be prepared directly on the target plate using the patented well assembly. The research has the flexibility to chose the material of the target plate, including stainless steel and glass.
Patented guides securely hold plate in place within the holder platform. This design allows for the use of 4 standard microscope plates in the holder platform providing the option of both imaging and mass spectrometric analyses on the target of interest
